PENTHOUSE
Temitope Ayegbusi, founder of Penthouse

Built by someone who felt the gap firsthand.

Penthouse was founded by Temitope Ayegbusi, a Lagos-based entrepreneur, writer, and leadership advocate. After years of observing the gap between theoretical leadership training and practical readiness in young Africans, Penthouse was built as the institution that should have existed already.

What started as a community has become a structured institution — with a curriculum, a simulation system, an alumni network, and a three-year Pan-African expansion plan.

“Africa does not have a talent problem. It has a preparation problem. Penthouse is the preparation.”
